The agent answers from the business's own site and documents, asks the questions the owner would ask, books in chat and emails the team a clean summary. Anything it shouldn't handle goes to a person.

A REST API, webhooks and an MCP server (shipping since May 2025) let other systems and AI assistants work with it. Customers can bring their own OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini keys.
